Quotes and estimates we provide are approximate and for planning purposes. They are not final and not binding until confirmed in a written agreement or invoice signed or approved by both you and Vega. Final scope of work, materials, measurements, timelines, and pricing are set out in that agreement. Custom and made-to-order products are produced to your specifications and are generally non-cancelable and non-refundable once production begins. Deposits and payment terms will be described in your quote, estimate, invoice, or contract.
Payments made through the site are processed by our third-party payment provider (Stripe). By submitting payment you authorize us and our payment provider to charge the applicable amount. You are responsible for providing valid, current payment information.
Because our work often involves custom materials and services, cancellations, changes, and returns are handled according to your specific quote, estimate, invoice, or contract. If you have a question about an order, please contact us using the details below and we will work with you.
The website and its content — including text, graphics, logos, images, page layouts, and software — are owned by Vega or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the site for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.
When you upload photos, project details, reviews, or other content, you retain ownership of it, but you grant Vega a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, and display that content as needed to provide our services to you (for example, to prepare your design, quote, or project). You represent that you own or have the rights to the content you submit and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights. Do not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or offensive.
You agree not to use the site to: violate any law; infringe anyone’s rights; upload malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; scrape, harvest, or collect data by automated means without our permission; interfere with the site’s operation; or use it in any fraudulent or harmful manner.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the website will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vega and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Westchester County, New York, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above, and the revised Terms take effect when posted. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept them.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written agreement you enter into with us, are the entire agreement between you and Vega regarding the website.
